BRUSH FIRE ON HOES LN WITH EXTENTION. Wednesday, April 1, 2015 1450 Hours. At approximately 1450 hours, New Market FD was dispatched along with District 2 Fire Companies to a reported brush fire in the area of 425 Hoes Lane. On arrival a large column of smoke and flames were observed. The brush fire had extended from the landscaping to multiple cars parked in the parking lot. All companies on scene extinguished the fire and cleared without incident. Sunday, November 30, 2014.

Welcome to the Newmarket Fencing Club. Fencing is the sport of sword fighting that can trace its origins to medieval Europe. Today the sport has been described as chess while sprinting. If you are interested in learning more feel free to come out to the open fencing Sunday mornings at the Magna Center in Newmarket to see some live fencing and talk to the fencers.
